Retaining Walls

Stability and support requirements of retaining walls can be analyzed using Slide, RS2, or RS3. A variety of wall types and support systems can be modeled. Slide uses limit equilibrium stability analysis, while RS2 and RS3 use finite element analysis to determine stability and deformation characteristics.

RS2 (Phase2 9.0) is a powerful 2D finite element program for soil and rock applications (RS2 = Rock and Soil 2-dimensional analysis program).
